The Hebrew letters of Tehillim 137 are engraved into the design - "If I forget thee, O Jerusalem…" - a verse of longing and belonging carried across generations, paired here with a striking round-cut sapphire and a matching cluster of smaller stones.

The Real Story Behind the Stone
In 1999, an archaeological sifting project was established with state approval to recover historical material excavated from Jerusalem's Temple Mount. Moriah Collection holds exclusive rights, under a registered patent, to set these genuine stones into jewelry - and continues to support the sifting project to this day.
We've also consulted halachic authorities, who confirmed the stones (sourced from an area known as Solomon's Stables) are not considered holy and are fully permissible to wear.
Because Jerusalem Stone is natural and soft, it can crack if a piece is dropped - so every Moriah piece comes with a lifetime warranty: if your stone ever breaks, we repair it free of charge.
