Product images may be enlarged or reduced to show details or the complete item. Images are provided for illustration purposes and may not reflect the item’s exact size.

Jewelry, gemstones, diamonds, metals, handmade items, archaeological materials, and natural materials may contain variations in color, texture, shape, pattern, weight, measurements, or appearance. Such natural or production-related variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Product descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing may be changed or corrected at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit the quantity available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order confirmation confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. An order is accepted after payment has been successfully authorized and we confirm that the order can be fulfilled.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, place on hold, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or incorrect customer information.

If we reject, modify, or cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue any applicable refund to the original payment method and attempt to notify you using the contact information supplied with the order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has entered processing, production, engraving, personalization, or shipment.

Products purchased through the Services are intended for lawful personal or household use unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, CURRENCY, AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotions, and availability may change without notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed during checkout when the order is submitted, subject to the correction of obvious errors and applicable law.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown in the store. Currency conversions displayed to customers may be approximate and may be processed according to the exchange rate and terms applied by Shopify, the payment provider, or the customer’s card issuer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices do not include shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

The final amount payable, including applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by us, will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Prices and promotions available through the online store may differ from those offered through physical stores, exhibitions, authorized retailers, marketplaces, or other sales channels.

All processing and delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect or incomplete customer information, security events, weather, public holidays, local restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage will be allocated in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights relating to delivery.

Shopify’s names, trademarks, logos, and related materials belong to Shopify or its licensors.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Mount Moriah Jewelry is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to make the Services available.

However, all purchases made through this store are transactions directly between the customer and I.D.C. Millennium Israel Ltd., trading as Mount Moriah Jewelry.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered through this store and is not responsible for their manufacture, description, fulfillment, delivery, quality, legality, or suitability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims, losses, or damages arising from products purchased directly from us.

If an order is cancelled after payment because of such an error, any applicable amount charged will be refunded to the original payment method.

Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Millennium Israel Ltd., Mount Moriah Jewelry, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

2. Your unlawful use of the Services.

Subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring proceedings in another competent jurisdiction, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights available to a consumer under the laws applicable to that consumer.
