Terms of Use for Affiliate Program

1. Introduction

These terms of use (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between IDC Millenium LTD Moriah owners (“Company”), and any person or other legal entity that joins the Company’s affiliate program (“Affiliate”).

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• “Affiliate Program” – A partner marketing program operated by the Company, which allows Affiliates to earn commissions by referring users to the Company’s services or products.
• “Website” – The Company’s website.
• “Products or Services” – The products or services offered by the Company on the Website.
• “Affiliate Links” – The special links that lead to the Company’s services or products, which allow the Company to identify the Affiliate who referred the user.
• “Commissions” – The fee paid to the Affiliate by the Company for each transaction completed through an Affiliate Link.

3. Registration for the Affiliate Program

The Affiliate may apply to join the Affiliate Program by completing the registration form on the Website. The Company will review the application and notify the Affiliate in writing if it is approved.

4. Terms of the Affiliate Program

The Affiliate agrees to comply with the following terms as a condition of their participation in the Affiliate Program:

• The Affiliate will use only the Affiliate Links published by the Company.
• The Affiliate will not publish the Affiliate Links on websites or other locations that are prohibited by the Company.
• The Affiliate will not claim to be an employee or agent of the Company.
• The Affiliate will keep the Company’s privacy confidential.

5. Commissions

The Company will pay the Affiliate commissions for each transaction completed through an Affiliate Link, in accordance with the compensation mechanism set forth by the Company.

6. Termination of the Program

The Company may terminate the Affiliate Program at any time, in its sole discretion. The Company may also terminate the Affiliate account of any user, in its sole discretion.

7. Changes to the Terms of Use

The Company may change these Terms of Use at any time, in its sole discretion. The Affiliate will be bound by the updated Terms of Use from the day they are published on the Website.

8.Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising out of these Terms of Use shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Israel.

9.Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be illegal, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Use and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
